Services

Initial Physiotherapy Appointment
Assessment | Diagnosis | Rehabilitation Plan

Your first session is all about understanding your injury and your injury history. We conduct a thorough assessment, identify the underlying issue, and create a tailored treatment plan to help you move better, and get back to doing what you love.

Performance Rehabilitation
For Athletes | Active Recovery | Return to Sport

Our Performance Rehabilitation programs go beyond basic recovery. Tailored for athletes and active individuals with weekly Physiotherapy and 2-3x Strength & Conditioning sessions focussed on strength, control, and conditioning to get you performing at your best—safely and confidently.

Manual Therapy
Hands-On Care | Restore Mobility | Support Recovery

Manual therapy includes joint mobilisations, soft tissue release, and assisted stretching—helping relieve pain, improve movement, and support long-term recovery when used alongside exercise rehab.

Subsequent Physiotherapy Appointments
Reassess | Refine | Progress

These follow-up sessions are where progress is made. We adapt your rehab plan as your body improves—offering a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and expert guidance to keep your recovery on track.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training
Reduce Atrophy | Protect Joints | Increase Strength

BFR training allows you to build muscle using lighter weights—ideal for post-injury recovery. It stimulates strength gains while protecting injured tissues, accelerating your return to activity.

Dry Needling
Relieve Tension | Improve movement | Reduce Pain

Dry needling targets tight muscles and trigger points to accelerate recovery. It helps relieve pain, improve movement, and enhance tissue repair—making it a powerful addition to your rehab plan.
