$150 per week
Our Sports Rehabilitation programs go beyond basic recovery. Tailored for athletes and active individuals, with weekly Physiotherapy support and up to 3x Strength & Conditioning sessions per week. Your Physiotherapy sessions will be focussed on delivering your new rehabilitation sessions, tracking your progress and regular performance testing to ensure you return to sport as quickly and as safely as possible. Strength & Conditioning sessions are all about training in the presence of your injury and working on not only your rehab, but all the other components of physical performance required for you sport.
You will also have 24 hour access to Lift Culture gym, a 24 hour response time from your Physiotherapist if you have any questions about your rehabilitation and an individualised return to run, change of direction and contact programme.
